La neige (Snow)

We've had a few snow storm this winter and Adrien is starting to get a feel for it.
And I am realizing this kid always has his mouth open so here are 2 with close mouth.

A l'aide (Helping hand)

Much more fun then toys it to help Daddy fix his snowboard. We can't wait to have him come with us on the slopes. We hope he likes it as much as we do.

Mon Tout Doux (My Tout Doux)

My aunt Janine gave him this stuffed bear and it has become his favorite toy to cuddle with. He loves to have it with him at bed times. I already had to wash it once. He grabs for it in the morning so that he can still cuddle with him for his first bottle of the day. Merci Janine.

Comme je suis grand (How tall am I)

Riding on dady's back is so much fun. It gives you a whole new perspective.

La Phase Orale (The Oral Phase)

It must be. Adrien loves to lick everything, or maybe it's his way of giving kisses. He just goes for it even his reflection.

Mes 2 jambes (My 2 legs)

How fun is it to stand on both legs, I think Adrien is going to by pass the whole crawling thing, why bother. I will have to post a movie of his scootching not very efficient but funny. In the meantime all he wants is to be walked around and pull himself up. The toy box didn't last log it's much more fun to help with the laundry and kitchen.

Les Repas (Meal Times)

Another important time of the day are the meal times. And the special treat is at the end, one can never know what's to eat in that magic pocket. hum hum.

Those frozen berries tasted really good.

A game Tom and I have, is to try to catch the first expression as Adrien tries something for the first time. It's hard, a movie will have to capture that, the expressions are always very funny.

Le Bain (Bath Time)

Adrien LOVES bath time. It is a highlight of the evening and he is really good at getting out too so it's never a problem. Clean or dirty it's an important ritual for him!
Does he looks like his father or what???

Encore des surprises de noel (More Xmas Surprises)

When we got back home we had a few boxes waiting for us. One of them held a beautiful Quilt Grand Ma Tina had made. Adrien loved it right away. The Quilt is made after the very famous American children book "The Very Hungry Caterpillar". It's beautifully made and e spends quite sometime admiring it.

La commode (The chest drawer)

Remember this?

Well here is Adrien recreating the scene. He was just a little more wabbly then me but we've been working on that big time.

Tante Janine (Aunt Janine)

I have been having computer hard aches so sorry for the lack of posts. Hopefully I'll get it all figured out soon.

Before leaving Paris to head back home we had the visit of Tante Janine. She showered us with gifts and Adrien made sure to show her all his tricks.

On January 6 we ate the typical "Galette des Rois" and "picked a King"... Tom won but all Adrien wanted was his crown.
